VampireBooks.ca Interview with Romance Author Berengaria Brown
Q: How long does it typically take you to write a book?
A: Like most authors, the day job is a fact of life for me, so I have to fit writing around it. This means I tend to write in the evenings, at weekends, and on vacations. Most of my books are novella-length, less than 25,000 words, so they are faster to write than a full-length novel.
Of course I would never, ever write in boring business meetings, when I should be listening to the speakers. *cough*
