My Interview with Paranormal Romance Author Debbie Fritter

My Interview with Paranormal Romance Author Debbie Fritter

Q: How long does it typically take you to write a book?

A: That depends on a number of factors really. I’ve been trying to finish off a book that is 3/4 completed, but just can’t seem to get to the next step. On the other hand I pumped out the short, Gabby’s Second Chance, in about 2 days. I wrote Once in a Blue Moon in about 4 months.

My Book Review of “The Consolation Prize” by Barbara Elsborg

Chloe is not your typical girl. She hears voices in her head. The voices are like a "sixth sense" telling her what's right, and what's wrong. Chloe had always closely followed the protective advise of the voices. Well, one day when she wins a consolation prize from her boss to enjoy a nice weekend at a spa, the voices tell her not go. She decides that the spa weekend is just to hard to refuse, and ignores the voices. Oh, how Chloe should have listened to those darn voices! She has no idea of what awaits her at the spa. When Chloe checks into the spa she starts to notice that there is no other spa visitors around, and starts questioning what type of spa this is. This spa weekend is going to be a weekend that she will never forget.

This is a novel full of sultry sex, along with a healthy fill of romance, love and sacrifice. Babara knows how to write a novel full of seduction with a dash of humor. “The Consolation Prize” will have thinking twice about your next visit to your local spa. * wink * Click Here to read more of my book reviews!

My Book Review of “The Consolation Prize” by Barbara Elsborg (Coming Soon)

You are invited to spend four days at Sunset Spa, Washburn Hall. Accommodation and nourishment provided. All spa treatments included.'It should have been a big thrill - an all expenses paid trip, but it was the topping on Chloe's really bad night. She'd lost her promotion, destroyed a pair of designer pumps and given in her notice. Washburn Hall, where her family died, was the last place she wanted to go. But Chloe is pulled towards the spa by forces beyond her control.

Luka is handsome, rich and gay. That's what he'd like everyone to think. Luka is a Trueblood, a fertile vampire. Not a bad thing, unless being staked out in the sun and fried to a crisp is appealing. But his secret is out. Shanghaied into stud service, he's chained up in a basement.

Chloe wonders if the gorgeous naked man in chains is part of the all-inclusive package. Free him and run. Simple enough. After all, the only thing between Chloe and the man of her dreams is a few horny vamps, a decent set of bolt cutters and a step-grandmother from hell. Piece of cake.

Who said the trip to the spa wouldn't be fun? Click Here to read more of my Book Reviews!

Lady Victoria Kelly's Book Review of "Ripe For Pleasure"

Lady Victoria Kelly's Book Review of "Ripe For Pleasure" ( 4 Hearts Out of 5)

Viola Whedon thought the writing of her second (soon to be released) memoir about experiences with her clientèle had caused a break into her home resulting in the killing of her footman. She had no idea that the home invasion was entirely connected to something completely different.

Lord Leonidas Vaughn the second son of the Duke of Lockmaben, believes that Viola knows that there is a huge amount of money hidden in her home. He comes up with a plan to seduce Viola into bed in hopes he will be able to coax out where the money is hidden. Can Leo seduce Viola into bed and get his hands on the money, or will the tables be turned on the Lord? Will Viola's beauty prove to be too much to overcome and derail his plans?

Enticingly intoxicating is “Ripe for Pleasure”. This book will ignite your womanly urges that will have them swimming with excitement. Jealously, scandal, gossip and passion is what this book delivers. A must read for all fans of Isobel Carr's. I'm so looking forward to the next book of Isobel's. I highly recommended this book to everyone, I know you will enjoy it as much as I did. Click Here to Read More of my Book Reviews!

My Book Review of “Cat The Vamp” by Christina Martine

My Book Review of “Cat The Vamp” by Christina Martine (4 Bats Out of 5)

Cathrine Taylor knew she was different from a young age. On Cathrine's 18th birthday her parents take her on a surprise trip. This trip will take Cathrine on a whirl wind journey into the world of becoming a vampire. Along the way, Cathrine will meet the love of her life and make life long friends. Cathrine will have to learn how to deal with her new found knowledge (that she is a vampire) and how to control her blood lust.

This book reminded me a lot of Harry Potter. I really enjoyed how Christina Martine wrote about Cathrine's journey to becoming a vampire. I also love how she included a Witch into the novel and talked about crystals and mediation. I recommend this book to all the readers who have sons and daughters. Great job Christina, I hope you write a sequel to this novel. Click Here to read more of my book reviews.

My Book Review of “Cat The Vamp” by Christina Martine (Coming Soon)

As a child, Catherine Taylor never understood why her parents were so secretive and distant. After the death of her grandmother, Cat’s parents take her to a mysterious castle called Blacklune. They explain to her that they, and she, are vampires, part of a hidden community co-existing with humans. Now that she’s of age, Cat will be initiated into the community and undergo a period of training in its methods and morals, along with several other vampire students her own age.

At Blacklune, Cat meets a young man who had appeared to her in dreams, Morgan. She and Morgan form an instant bond, but success with their vampire lessons doesn’t come so easily. Tempted by the lure of blood and the powers they now have, Cat and Morgan push the limits over and over, ignoring the concerns of their classmates and the scolding of their teacher, River. As they become ever more reckless, Cat and Morgan risk going too far. It’s only when serious harm comes to someone else that they realize they have to control themselves--and it may be too late.

My Interview with Paranormal Romance Author Faith Smith

Q: When did you write your first book?

A: I have started several books since I was a teenager, dabbled in poetry, but I started my first book in 1995. I stopped because of family issues, sickness, death, life in general. I picked it back up in 2000 and began to get serious about what I wanted to do.
